Printing and Shipping
We recommend ordering your invitations 6 to 8 weeks before you intend to send them out. This will allow you ample time to receive proofs, allow for print time, shipping time, and resolve any problems that may have occurred during the ordering process. All printing a shipping is based on a five-day work week (Monday-Friday).
The following are approximate time frames you can expect during the ordering process.
Receiving your proof (recommended)…………….. 48 hours

Shipping (standard)………………………………… 3 to 4 business days**
*Printing - Some invitation orders are considered “special order items”. This means that printing could take longer than the 2 to 3 day average. Some special order items can take up to 14 days to complete once the printing process begins.
** Shipping – Once you have approved an order you will be able to choose your shipping method. Most cost effective is ground delivery service. Other options include two day express or even next day air.
Proofs
Most invitations you will be ordering will allow you to proof them during the ordering process. This makes proofing easy and convenient for you. Just be sure that everything is exactly as you want it before you pay for and submit the order.
If you are a little apprehensive about the online proofing we will be happy to submit a proof manually for you. In this case we will personally submit your order for proofing and within 48 hours a proof will be emailed to you directly for your approval. To have us personally handle your proof or if you have questions about proofing call us anytime at 1-877-628-4716. There is a manual proofing fee of $8.00*.
*Manual proofing fee may be waived in certain cases. Please call us anytime to see if you qualify for a waived manual-proofing fee.
Approving Proofs
Whether proofing online or receiving a manual proof via email it is important to point out that www.weddinginvitationsdepot.com will not be held responsible for any misspellings contained in the order.
Customer Error:
Orders containing mistakes due to customer error can be reordered at a discounted rate.
Manufacturing Error:
Errors in orders that are a manufacturing defect will not be the responsibility of you the customer. If any such errors arise please contact us at 1-877-628-4716.
Billing
Your credit card will be billed at the time you have placed your order. Your total amount due will appear on the invitation order form that you filled out. Be sure to print a copy for your records.
Your transaction will appear as paid to Bandstand Music.
